Invixia is an independent project built to help people make sense of Universal Credit — with clear tools, plain language and no jargon.
For most households, a Universal Credit payment isn’t just a line on a page. It decides whether the rent gets paid, the lights stay on, and the food shop actually happens. But the rules behind those payments are complicated, spread across different pages and full of phrases nobody uses in real life.
Invixia doesn’t replace DWP, and it isn’t official advice. It’s a set of small, focused tools designed to show you how things fit together: standard allowance, children, housing, earnings and the taper rate — all in one place, in a way that actually makes sense.
The tools run in your browser. They exist to help you understand the maths, not to collect or store personal details.
Invixia is for estimates and education only. If something doesn’t look right, use it as a prompt to ask DWP or a trusted advice charity.
Over time the aim is to add more calculators, walkthroughs and simple explainers, all focused on one thing: making the system less of a mystery.
